Managing Services
Once you have claimed your service, you can update its details from the Provider Dashboard.
What You Can Update
- Opening Hours: Keep your schedule accurate.
- Services Offered: Tag specific services like "Hot Meal", "Shower", or "Legal Advice".
- Eligibility: Specify if your service is for specific groups (e.g., Youth, Women Only).
- Contact Info: Update phone numbers and website links.
Opening Hours Editor
We support complex schedules including split shifts (e.g., closing for lunch).
- Toggle Days: Click a day to mark it Open/Closed.
- Split Shifts: Use the "+" icon to add multiple windows for a single day.
- Holidays: Special hours can be set for bank holidays (coming soon).
Branding & Logo
You can now upload your organization's logo directly to your service profile. This appears on:
- Map pins (at high zoom)
- Search results
- Service detail headers
To update: Paste a direct URL to your logo (or upload via the dashboard if available).
Real-Time Updates
Changes you make are reflected on the app immediately, helping thousands of users find the right support.
